Mental Health Week
Hello PHS!
During school holidays Mental Health Week will be running from 8th to 16th October. This year’s theme is ‘Awareness, Belonging & Connection’.
Awareness is understanding what you need to look after and maintain your mental health and knowing when or where to get help if needed. Taking a holiday/break, exercise and listening to music are all great ways to look after your mental health.
Belonging is looking out for each other, realising you are never alone and feeling safe and supported. Check in on your mates!
Connection is about relationships with the people in your life – family, friends, work mates and teammates. These networks help to provide happiness and health.
